The Hospital Moinhos de Vento (HMV) launched this Wednesday the Consultancy project. The initiative was created with the aim of making the health institution’s expertise available to provide technical knowledge and strategic support to companies and public agencies. There are 38 products, ranging from service protocols and professional qualification to consulting for highly complex medical and assistance services. During the ceremony, it was announced that the health institution will donate a project to resume the activities of WimBelemDon that completes 20 years of activity and serves children and young people in socially vulnerable situations in the Belém Novo neighborhood, in the extreme south of Porto Alegre.
Hospital Moinhos de Vento launches the Consulting project, which will assist in the resumption of WimBelemDon
The event broadcast through a social network was attended by the Hospital CEO, Mohamed Parrini, the HMV Corporate Strategy manager, Melina Moraes Schuch, the Hospital medical manager, Gisele Nader Bastos and the Information Technology manager, Vitor Ferreira. “It is a joy to be able to connect more and more with society and our customers. It is an atypical moment due to the pandemic. We are acting directly in collaboration with the State, the municipality and companies in strengthening these institutions and their collaborators. “added Parrini.
According to the consultant’s coordinator, Chander Turcatti, the work with WimBelemDon will be structured on four pillars: education for children and young people and self-care; education for the team, guidance for family and adaptations in the structure. “Thus, teachers and children will be able to return to activities with the greatest possible security,” he said. Throughout this year, the consultancy has already developed protocols for companies, organizations and the public sector to resume activities.
The measures include distance rules, special service scales, people flows, as well as hygiene, self-care and respiratory etiquette guidelines. The Hospital Moinhos de Vento Consulting teams evaluate routines and indicate necessary adaptations to provide more security and reduce the risks of infection by Covid-19 in the return of the activities of public agencies, institutions and companies. For each client, a diagnosis is made according to their line of business and public, and action plans with guidance from health professionals are designed to adapt physical spaces, flows and processes.
In the evaluation of the founder and superintendent of the project, Marcelo Ruschel, the work of the consultancy of Hospital Moinhos will ensure the adoption of correct measures for the resumption of activities. “We don’t stop working. During this period, the project took basic food baskets and hygiene kits to the families of the students being served and we developed remote activities for children in the sports, cultural and educational areas. We will have security in the recommendations of an institution that is a reference in health ”, he explained.
According to Ruschel, the partnership is a huge gift for the project that completes two decades. The WimBelemDon project works with sports activities on Rua Heitor Vieira, in the Belém Novo neighborhood, in the extreme south of Porto Alegre. In addition to playing tennis, children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 years have food, school assistance, recreational activities and psychological assistance in the reverse shift of the school. The training lasts approximately 45 minutes and at least 50 young people are attended at the institution.
